Ulduar 10 man

So far we've cleared 7/14 bosses in Ulduar 10. Me and the officers have been trying to get it cleared as soon as possible so we can start making more than 1 group for this instance. For now I'll be the one picking the members for the group, bring as many officers into it as possible so we can all learn about the strategies to use inside, also members that have some more experience than us to make the process faster, and also guild members that have shown great dedication and hard work since they've joined and are available to help however they can -> might get promoted to Blood Guard.

Not sure I understand your idea: you want to kill all 14 bosses before proceeding with a 2nd group? This will take a great while and maybe would be more motivating to some geared members to try the bosses we downed so far as well :p

I think the group that has been in ulduar already grasped the 7 bosses's fight well enough to teach new capable/geared members as well
Ofc we still have a lack of healers (I think) so making a 2nd group might still be an issue unless we pug some.

Anyway just some thoughts.

I agree on Amelyne that for further progress the best geared and experienced players should be picked in order to clear the place...it's the same in any other guild. I do believe that a 2nd grp could start on the first few bosses, since apparentally they are fairly easy in comparision to the rest of the raidinstance and a few new epix keep the spirits motivated and jolly Though it should be clear for the 2nd grp players that they wont be invited for the 1st one. Better not waste your standby status unless the officers say it's ok, but that's my opinion.

We will be trying to get 2 Ulduar 10 groups running from this Wednesday so if you are interested go sign up on the DKP site. Make sure you have read all the tactics for at least the first 7 bosses.

honestly i doubt the second group will get this far on there first run but please make sure you know all tactics for at least these 7 fights.The raid leader will explain each boss before you do them on the night to recap all your memories, but watch the videos and read the info to make it easier for us all and yourselfs.
