macro Alows me to [ALT-click} and have the target set as Focus. Then I
can target whatever I want and all I have to do is press it again, and
it will auto MC the first target that I [ALT-Clicked]

This
Macro is for Plasma blast on Mimiron. It will immediately STOP anything
you are casting, and applys Pain supression. As a Disc priest it comes
in quite handy throughout the instance, as well as others. I just call
it a Mimiron macro because he inspired it. Holy priest could also adapt
it to fire Guardian spirit. As well as most other mitigation spells
from other classes. ie:Paladins.
