Every member of the guild must read these rules, and agree to them, before they are allowed to join any raids.

When to Need
You can need items when they are for your main talent spec. So let's say a dps plate drops, and you're a fury/arms warrior, you can need. This is only when the item is better then what you are wearing of course, and only if you will be wearing it! Dual specs are allowed. What we mean by this, is when your spec is for both tanking and dpsing, you're allowed to roll need on both item types.

When to Greed
You can greed items when the item is for your offspec. Let's say a tank plate drops, and you're a fury warrior, you can greed if you want to make a tanking set. You also greed on lower armor classes. So if you can wear dps plate, and a dps mail drops that's better then your item, you can greed it. This gives the mail users a higher chance of getting their own armor class items, since they will probably be needing this item.

When to Pass
Passing means not rolling for the item. For this you click the X button on the screen. You pass in the following situations:
When you don't want the item.
When it's for a spec you will never use. For example a caster cloth when you're a warrior.
When you want to pass it for someone.
